Drone surveillance

Blackwings Security Kft.’s drone-based site and facility protection puts modern technology to work for property security. Autonomous drone systems patrol predefined routes and transmit live video to the operations centre.

Alongside its daylight camera, the drone has a thermal imaging camera that helps detect people, vehicles and heat sources in darkness and low light. AI-assisted object recognition supports monitoring and the identification of suspicious events.

Every alarm is received by the operations centre, where operators handle events according to the protocol specified by the client. They check incoming alerts and live video, assess the situation and follow the agreed notification and response procedures, including dispatching the alarm response team when necessary.

The drone can be expanded with additional equipment to suit the task, such as a spotlight, various sensors, a microphone and other accessories. Equipment is selected according to site conditions, protection requirements and compatibility with the chosen drone system.

An intelligent perimeter protection system can be added as an option. In the configured system, an intrusion alert from infrared barriers can trigger an automatic drone inspection: the drone flies to the alarm location and transmits live video to the operations centre. Operators handle this alarm according to the client’s specified protocol as well.
